Every search begins with a conversation. Tell Sam about the occasion, the piece you are imagining and what you would like to spend. Bring inspiration pictures, a favourite shape or simply a few ideas.

We will talk through your timing and whether you would like a loose diamond or help creating the finished piece. You do not need to know all the details yet — we will work through those together.

2. We source around you.

With a clear idea of what matters to you, we search for suitable natural diamonds through our wholesale connection. We source to order, looking for options that suit your preferences and budget.

We consider the individual stone, its grading information and available images or video, then bring the options back to you.

3. Choose with guidance.

We walk you through the options and explain the differences, so you can decide what feels right for your piece. There is time to ask questions and refine the search.

Before you commit, we confirm the chosen diamond, its availability, the price, what is included and the applicable payment and delivery terms.

4. Bring the piece to life.

Once you have chosen your diamond, Sam can connect you with a trusted jeweller or personally manage the creation of the finished piece.

If you already have a jeweller, we take their stone requirements into account during the search. If you are buying the diamond on its own, we arrange the next steps for its delivery with you.

5. Make it part of your story.

As your diamond or finished piece is prepared, we keep you informed and confirm the delivery arrangements with you. The result is something you have helped choose and create, with a story that starts well before you wear it.
